About Mohamad Ibrahim Hoteit

Mohamad Hoteit is the Director of Real Estate Sector Development for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, where he is responsible for formulating strategic plans, regulatory frameworks, and initiatives to support the sustainable growth of the Emirate’s real estate sector. With over 15 years of experience across the GCC, Mohamad’s background spans real estate strategy, investment advisory, market research, economic analysis, and financial modelling. Throughout his career, he has worked across both public and private sectors, advising on and supporting the planning and development of major mixed-use projects including residential communities, commercial offices, retail assets, hospitality developments, industrial zones, tourism destinations, and infrastructure projects. His experience includes conducting feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, demand forecasting, regulatory assessments, and portfolio optimization for entities operating in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and other regional markets.
