About Dr. Michael Waters
Dr. Michael Waters is an Associate Professor in Real Estate at Heriot-Watt University Dubai and heads the MSc Real Estate programmes across all global campuses, having launched the Dubai programmes since 2009. Dr. Michael Waters has been working in real estate academia since 2004. Whilst being a professor at Heriot-Watt University Dubai, he also undertakes various endeavors within the Real Estate Industry, which include being an APC Assessor at The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an elected board member for CoreNet Global Middle East Chapter.
