About Deepika Verma
Deepika Verma is the ESG Manager at Innovo Group, a construction firm headquartered in the UK with global operations and large footprint in the UAE. With over 20 years of cross-sector experience, she has spent the last several years driving sustainability strategies and ESG integration across complex business operations. Her expertise spans GRI reporting, Scope 3 emissions, stakeholder engagement, and green procurement. Deepika has led multiple corporate sustainability initiatives, including supplier sustainability assessments and GHG emissions management, contributing to Innovo’s commitment to environmental stewardship. She holds certifications such as LEED Green Associate, ISO 14064 Lead Verifier, and GRI Professional. Deepika is also currently pursuing a Master’s in Sustainability and Energy from the University of Cumbria, strengthening her leadership in sustainable development.
