Visitt, a U.S.-based proptech platform that uses artificial intelligence to streamline day-to-day commercial property operations, has raised $22 million in Series B funding. The round was led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with continued participation from existing investors Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield, and Sarona Ventures.
This funding comes after a strong year of growth for the company. Visitt now works with more than 150 customers and has reported a 900% increase in the total square footage it manages during 2025. The growth reflects rising demand for smarter and more efficient tools in commercial real estate operations.
According to Visitt’s leadership, many property teams still rely on outdated systems that were not built for today’s operational needs. These legacy tools often slow down decision-making and make it difficult to manage properties efficiently. Visitt’s CEO and co-founder, Itay Oren, explained that modern operators need faster access to information, clearer insights, and real results through one connected system, with AI built directly into daily operations.
Visitt’s platform is designed to replace multiple disconnected tools with a single, unified interface. Instead of managing different systems for different tasks, property teams can handle everything in one place. This includes work orders, maintenance planning, compliance tracking, tenant communication, equipment monitoring, security processes, and financial operations. By bringing these workflows together, the platform aims to reduce complexity and improve overall efficiency.
The company says its AI-powered workflows are built using millions of real operational data points. These systems continue to improve over time with regular input from on-site property teams. As a result, customers are able to respond faster to issues, reduce downtime, and deliver a better experience for tenants.
Visitt was founded by Itay Oren along with Chief Technology Officer Idan Wender and Chief Product Officer Jonathan Kroll. The company claims that its platform helps property teams work two to three times faster by reducing manual tasks and automating routine processes. This allows teams to spend more time on strategic and high-value activities rather than daily administrative work.
One of Visitt’s key features is its use of AI agents to automate specific operational tasks. These include managing certificates of insurance and handling tenant communication in multiple languages. By automating these processes, the platform helps reduce delays, lower administrative workload, and improve response times across large commercial property portfolios.
As commercial real estate continues to evolve, platforms like Visitt reflect a growing shift toward technology that is practical, data-driven, and built for real-world use. The company’s recent funding highlights increasing investor confidence in AI-driven solutions that focus on improving how properties are managed on a day-to-day basis.
