In a strategic move to enhance its AI capabilities and reshape the real estate experience, Real has acquired Flyhomes’ consumer-facing, AI-powered home search portal. The acquisition includes all related assets, most notably, the engineering team that built and scaled the platform. This move marks a major leap forward in Real's mission to deliver a seamless, intelligent, and people-centered experience for agents and consumers alike.
As part of the deal, Real will integrate Flyhomes’ search portal into its own AI-powered client interface, Leo for Clients, expanding the capabilities of its existing AI agent assistant, Leo. Alongside the acquisition, Real has also made an equity investment in Flyhomes to support the company’s transition into a wholesale mortgage lender.
Real will also begin offering Flyhomes’ flagship “Buy Before You Sell” financing solution through its lending subsidiary, One Real Mortgage, making the program more accessible to agents and their clients across the U.S.
According to Tamir Poleg, Chairman and CEO of Real, “By bringing Flyhomes’ consumer technology under the Real umbrella, we’re combining the best in real estate innovation to deliver a seamless, AI-powered experience—designed around people—for both agents and consumers.”
Flyhomes CEO Tushar Garg added, “Real is uniquely positioned to take this portal forward, with the vision, agent network, and technology infrastructure to fully unlock its potential.”
While financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, Real confirmed that both the acquisition and investment were funded with existing cash and are not expected to materially impact the company’s financials this year.
This bold move reinforces Real’s commitment to simplifying real estate transactions through smarter, faster, and more intuitive technology.
