JLL has been selected by Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, as its global real estate services provider across 130 countries. The mandate covers integrated leasing transaction management and strategic advisory services across Nestlé’s office, industrial and retail portfolio.
The appointment brings together JLL’s Work Dynamics and Leasing Advisory capabilities under an integrated account structure, building on JLL’s existing lease administration services for Nestlé. The engagement will also leverage JLL’s AI-powered analytics and data visualisation technologies, including JLL Azara and Horizon, to support more informed portfolio decision-making.
“Forward-thinking companies are no longer viewing real estate as a fixed cost, but as a dynamic driver of business value,” said Sue Asprey Price, CEO, EMEA Work Dynamics & Global Head of Portfolio Services. “We are delighted to support an industry leader like Nestlé as they embrace this evolution, and we look forward to leveraging our integrated global platform to unlock potential for their business worldwide.”
The partnership reflects Nestlé’s move toward a more agile “elastic portfolio” approach, moving beyond fixed, long-term real estate commitments and enabling its portfolio to flex across asset types in response to changing business objectives.
JLL’s technology platform will provide Nestlé with enhanced intelligence across its global footprint. This includes JLL Azara, an AI-powered data analysis application for corporate real estate and facilities management data, and Horizon, JLL’s proprietary AI platform designed to combine market intelligence and identify investment opportunities.
“Clients are looking for tangible value from their real estate, whether through cost optimisation, enhanced flexibility or supply chain resilience,” said Andy Poppink, CEO, Leasing Advisory, EMEA and APAC. “We are pleased to expand our relationship with Nestlé and leverage our deep market expertise, global platform and powerful analytics to help them achieve their goals across their diverse global portfolio.”
“When two world-class organisations like Nestlé and JLL come together, the relationship itself becomes a competitive advantage,” said Jim Panczykowski, Relationship Executive, Leasing Advisory. “It's the people, on both sides, who bring that relationship to life every day, and we couldn't be more excited about what we’ll build together.”
The announcement highlights a broader shift in corporate real estate: from managing property as a fixed cost to using real estate, data and technology as strategic tools for agility, resilience and competitive advantage.
