Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) and infinitSpace have entered into a strategic partnership to jointly develop and operate high-quality, flexible workspaces, combining active real estate management with innovative and future-focused workplace concepts.
For BHRE, the partnership creates an opportunity to further strengthen its long-term approach to active real estate management while introducing new, flexible usage concepts for commercial properties. For infinitSpace, the collaboration marks another step in its European expansion, bringing together its expertise in flexible workspaces with its proprietary technology platform to deliver a seamless experience for users.
“We need forward-looking concepts that meet the changing requirements of companies and people for modern working environments. Together with infinitSpace, we are creating high-quality and flexible workplace offers that preserve the character of the property and at the same time open up space for new companies, ideas and communities.” said Marcel Wnendt, CEO/CFO of Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate.
Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and co-founder of infinitSpace, added: “This partnership reflects our approach to actively develop our portfolio through innovative, sustainable and user-oriented concepts that are long-term relevant, attractive and economically successful.”
The first joint location is planned to open in Munich in October 2026, marking infinitSpace’s first location in Munich, third in Germany and thirteenth worldwide.
The partnership highlights how flexible workspace models and technology are increasingly becoming part of the evolution of commercial real estate, creating spaces designed to adapt to changing business needs while supporting stronger workplace communities.
