Future PropTech Summit Dubai 2026 Enters Final Countdown

Dubai, UAE | 30 October 2026 - With just days to go before its opening on 3 November, the third edition of Future PropTech Summit Dubai 2026 is bringing together an expanded line-up of industry leaders, technology specialists and real estate professionals for two days of discussions on the technologies, investment models and business strategies shaping the future of the built environment.

Taking place on 3-4 November at Mövenpick Grand Al-Bustan, Dubai, the summit continues to strengthen its programme with new speaker additions, specialist masterclasses and industry-led discussions, reflecting the growing intersection of real estate, financial technology, artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure.

Among the latest additions to the speaker line-up are Sandra Louw of RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC) and Nabil Arnous of Innovation City, bringing further perspectives from the UAE's evolving business, investment and innovation ecosystem.

The summit will also feature the International Real Estate Institute (IEREI) as its Knowledge Partner, contributing to the programme through speaker participation and a dedicated masterclass titled The Tokenized Developer: Reinventing Real Estate Financing, Sales & Investment. The session will examine how tokenization is influencing conventional real estate financing and ownership structures, while opening new possibilities for property sales, investment participation and capital formation.

The session will explore the relationship between brain health, longevity, individual performance and business effectiveness, bringing leadership wellbeing into a broader conversation about the future of business.

Across its two-day programme, Future PropTech Summit Dubai 2026 will address some of the most consequential developments transforming real estate and the wider built environment. Discussions will span artificial intelligence and agentic AI, smart buildings, robotics, digital twins, Web3, tokenization, cybersecurity, data governance, sustainable development and emerging investment models.
