Future PropTech Summit Announces July Line-up of Partners, Exhibitors, and Speakers Ahead of October Edition

As anticipation builds for the upcoming Future PropTech Summit in Dubai this October, has confirmed a fresh round of strategic partners, exhibitors, and speakers for the much anticipated 2025 edition. Scheduled to take place from October 14 to 15 at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, the groundbreaking summit will bring together real estate developers, technology providers, policymakers, investors and venture capitalists for two days of insightful dialogues, matchmaking, and innovation showcase.

Regional Partnerships Strengthen Industry Connectivity

This month, the summit welcomed new institutional and industry partners that are expected to broaden its regional influence. The Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) and the Saudi Business Council (SBC) have been confirmed as official Supporting Partners.

MEFMA brings a wide-reaching network across the facility management sector, while SBC contributes significant weight through its deep ties to investment and development initiatives aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

In addition, the International Real Estate Federation or Federation Internationale des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers (FIABCI) has joined as an official partner, bringing its global real estate expertise to the summit’s platform. Also, BNC Network, a leading construction intelligence platform in the region, has also come on board, offering valuable market data insights and research capabilities.

The October edition will also feature a curated exhibitor showcase representing a mix of established players and disruptive start-ups in PropTech, smart infrastructure, urban development, AI solutions, and digital real estate services.
