Dubai, United Arab Emirates | September 3rd, 2026 - The Future PropTech Summit 2026 is building strong momentum ahead of its third edition in Dubai, bringing together senior leaders from some of the region’s most prominent real estate, technology and investment organisations, alongside the latest additions to its sponsor portfolio.
Taking place on 3-4 November 2026 in Dubai, the summit will convene real estate developers, investors, PropTech companies, technology leaders, government stakeholders and industry experts to examine how emerging technologies are transforming the way real estate is developed, financed, managed and experienced.
Among the senior industry voices confirmed for the 2026 conference are Hichem Troudi, Vice President of Projects Transformation at DAMAC Properties, and Mayank Bhargava, Chief Information Officer at Arada. Their participation brings direct perspectives from two major Dubai-based real estate organisations to discussions around technology adoption, digital transformation and the evolving expectations of the modern property market.
The wider speaker programme brings together leaders spanning real estate development, PropTech, smart infrastructure, sustainability, investment and digital assets. The current lineup includes representatives from organisations such as JLL, Knight Frank, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, RICS and Expo City Dubai, alongside technology innovators and emerging PropTech companies.
The summit has also welcomed PropVR and Dugasta as sponsors, further strengthening the connection between Dubai’s real estate development ecosystem and the technology companies shaping its next phase.
PropVR brings expertise in immersive real estate technologies, digital twins and spatial experiences, while Dugasta represents the developer perspective within Dubai’s rapidly evolving residential property market. Their participation reinforces the summit’s focus on technologies that are moving from concept to practical application across the property lifecycle.
The 2026 programme will explore eight key areas shaping the future of real estate: AI-powered portfolio intelligence; multifamily living and experience-driven assets; digital ownership and tokenization; climate and sustainable cities technology; construction technology and development efficiency; institutional PropTech adoption; capital and investment across the Middle East PropTech ecosystem; and digital trust, cybersecurity and global PropTech expansion.
Rather than focusing solely on emerging technologies, the summit will examine how these technologies are being deployed in real-world environments, from property development and asset management to investment, construction, building operations and smart urban infrastructure.
Dubai's position at the intersection of real estate growth, smart-city development and technology adoption provides a fitting setting for these conversations. As the emirate continues to attract global capital and accelerate its digital transformation agenda, the Future PropTech Summit aims to connect the companies, investors and decision-makers shaping this transition.
With leading real estate executives, technology innovators and new industry sponsors already confirmed, further speakers and participating organisations are expected to be announced ahead of the November summit.
