Future PropTech Summit 2025 Moves to a Larger Venue, the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Dubai

Dubai, 26 August 2025 – The Future PropTech Summit 2025 has announced a change of venue. Originally set to take place at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, the summit will now be hosted at the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, Dubai on 14–15 October 2025.

The decision to move came in response to an overwhelming level of interest from participants and exhibitors, which required a larger venue to accommodate the growing scale of the event. Event representatives said the relocation reflects both the rapid momentum of the PropTech sector and the summit’s expanding role as a meeting point for global real estate and technology leaders.

The Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan is well regarded for its extensive conference facilities, convenient location near Dubai International Airport, and reputation for hosting international gatherings. Its larger halls and advanced amenities are expected to enhance the experience for delegates, offering improved networking areas, exhibition space, and breakout rooms.

"The response to this year’s edition has exceeded our expectations. We wanted to ensure that attendees, speakers and exhibitors benefit from a space that matches both the scale of participation and the ambition of the conversations that will take place.”

Over two days, the Future PropTech Summit will explore the technologies reshaping real estate investment, development and management. Sessions will address artificial intelligence in property management, blockchain applications for fractional ownership, digital twins, smart infrastructure, sustainable building practices, and the regulatory frameworks shaping the PropTech ecosystem.

Alongside keynote addresses and panel discussions, the event will feature curated investor meetings, a startup showcase, and networking opportunities designed to connect entrepreneurs with decision-makers across the real estate value chain.

With participants expected from across the Middle East, Europe, Asia and North America, the summit underscores Dubai’s growing role as a hub for property innovation and investment.
