Enter Raises €20M to Expand Energy Renovation Platform Across Europe

Berlin-based renovation tech startup Enter has raised €20 million in Series B funding to expand its AI-powered energy efficiency platform across Europe, bringing its total funding to €40 million since inception. The round saw continued support from existing investors, Coatue, Target Global, noa (formerly A/O Proptech), Partech, and Foundamental, alongside new backing from SE Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Schneider Electric.

With more than 180 million buildings in Europe requiring energy upgrades by 2050, Enter is tapping into a market valued in the trillions. Its platform allows homeowners to scan a property digitally in minutes and instantly receive a personalized renovation plan powered by AI, factoring in local energy costs, carbon pricing, subsidies, and climate targets. The technology eliminates 70% of manual steps in energy assessments, cuts operational staffing needs by 60%, and enables one staff member to perform the work of four traditional energy consultants.

In Q2 2025 alone, Enter assessed over 30,000 buildings, delivering fully compliant reports at scale. Now expanding across Germany and preparing for broader European rollout, Enter is evolving from a consulting platform. CEO and co-founder Max Schroeren noted that the platform is evolving beyond a consulting service. “We’re building digital infrastructure for climate-neutral living. Our AI enables thousands of renovations to happen in parallel, allowing more households to take action,” he said.

The Series B funding will support this next phase of growth, helping Enter scale its platform to meet surging demand and empower more households to take meaningful climate action.
