DUBAI, United Arab Emirates | 3rd Aug, 2026 – Dubai's real estate market is entering a new phase of technology-driven growth as artificial intelligence, blockchain, tokenisation, smart building systems and digital infrastructure increasingly become part of the way property is developed, financed and managed.
Against this backdrop, the Future PropTech Summit 2026 will return to Dubai on November 3–4, 2026, bringing together leaders from real estate, technology, investment, government, construction and infrastructure to examine how emerging technologies are reshaping the built environment across Dubai, the UAE and the wider Middle East.
The 2026 edition will mark the third edition of the Future PropTech Summit in Dubai, continuing a global series that connects the property and technology ecosystems. The summit will bring together developers, investors, asset managers, technology companies, government authorities, construction firms, PropTech startups and other stakeholders involved in the development and operation of the built environment.
Dubai's real estate sector has expanded rapidly in recent years, supported by strong investor demand, population growth and continued development activity. In 2025, the emirate recorded more than 270,000 real estate transactions worth AED 917 billion, according to Dubai government data. Real estate investments exceeded AED 680 billion across 258,600 deals, while the number of investors reached approximately 193,100.
The scale of the market is coinciding with a broader push to digitise the sector. Dubai's real estate strategy places greater emphasis on data, artificial intelligence, digital services and technology-enabled decision-making, while initiatives by the Dubai Land Department are opening new areas of innovation around digital property transactions and asset tokenisation.
In 2025, the Dubai Land Department launched the pilot phase of its Real Estate Tokenisation Project, exploring the tokenisation of real estate title deeds in collaboration with the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority and Dubai Future Foundation. The initiative reflects the emirate's growing interest in connecting traditional real estate markets with digital assets and emerging financial technologies.
It is within this rapidly evolving environment that the Future PropTech Summit 2026 will focus on the technologies moving from experimentation into practical applications across the property lifecycle.
The 2026 programme will examine artificial intelligence and agentic AI, blockchain and real estate tokenisation, smart buildings, digital twins, construction technology, cybersecurity, data governance, sustainability, robotics, automation and the future of digital property transactions.
A major focus will be the growing use of artificial intelligence in real estate. As developers and property companies increasingly explore AI-powered tools, the summit will examine how the technology is being applied to asset management, property operations, investment analysis, customer experience, construction and decision-making.
The event will also explore how tokenisation and blockchain could influence property ownership and investment. Discussions will cover fractional ownership, digital investment platforms, tokenised real estate assets and the regulatory and technological infrastructure required to support the digitisation of property markets.
The development of smart buildings and connected urban infrastructure will form another key area of discussion. With buildings generating increasing volumes of operational data, the summit will examine how digital twins, IoT systems, automation and AI can improve building performance, energy efficiency, maintenance and occupant experience.
Construction and development will also be addressed as technology becomes increasingly important to project delivery. The programme will explore construction technology, robotics, automation and digital project management tools designed to improve productivity, reduce costs and address inefficiencies across the development lifecycle.
The summit will bring together a growing group of speakers representing government, real estate, technology and sustainability. The 2026 speaker lineup includes:
alongside other regional and international industry leaders.
The summit's focus extends beyond technology itself to examine how innovation can create measurable value across the built environment from land and property development to construction, investment, asset management, building operations and urban infrastructure.
For investors and technology companies, the event will provide a platform to engage with developers, property owners, government stakeholders and decision-makers across one of the world's most active real estate markets. The summit will also create opportunities for PropTech companies to present solutions addressing the industry's most pressing challenges, from operational efficiency and sustainability to investment access and digital transformation.
As Dubai continues to attract global capital and expand its real estate ecosystem, the intersection between property, technology and investment is becoming increasingly important to the future of the emirate's built environment. Future PropTech Summit 2026 will bring together the stakeholders shaping that transformation to examine the technologies, business models and investment opportunities that will define the next generation of real estate.
Future PropTech Summit is a global conference and exhibition series focused on the transformation of the built environment through technology. The platform brings together real estate developers, investors, government authorities, technology companies, construction and infrastructure leaders, property professionals and innovators to explore how emerging technologies are changing the way buildings, cities and real estate assets are designed, developed, financed and managed.
The Future PropTech Summit 2026 in Dubai, taking place on November 3–4, 2026, will be the third Dubai edition of the series, continuing its focus on connecting global technology and built environment ecosystems.
