European proptech startup reltix has secured €3 million in pre-seed funding, with investment led by Tenity, as the company reaches a significant milestone of €1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Founded by Léon Alex Bamesreiter and his co-founding team, reltix is taking a different approach to property management by operating as a direct property manager rather than simply providing software to existing operators. The company is building an AI-native platform designed to transform operational workflows and property data into the foundation of an open operating ecosystem for residential real estate.
The funding will support reltix's vision of integrating services across banking, energy, and construction sectors, creating a connected infrastructure layer for the residential property management market.
“Building an AI-native property management business means transforming an industry long overdue for meaningful change,” said Léon Alex Bamesreiter, Co-Founder of reltix.
He added that partnering with Tenity provides access to a strong ecosystem that will help accelerate innovation and growth in a sector that has traditionally remained highly fragmented and analogue.
Tenity cited the size of the underserved property management market, combined with reltix's early traction and rapid geographic expansion, as key reasons behind the investment. The company noted that reltix successfully expanded its footprint across multiple markets within less than a year of entering the industry.
“Rather than optimising within the existing model, reltix is creating an open ecosystem where service quality improves structurally,” said Guillermo Forteza, Principal and Investment Lead Europe at Tenity.
He further noted that the company's business model becomes increasingly scalable as technology absorbs more operational workflows and delivers consistent service outcomes.
The investment reflects a broader trend in proptech, where AI-powered companies are reimagining traditional real estate services by combining operational ownership with intelligent automation. As the sector continues to evolve, reltix's approach highlights how AI is beginning to reshape property management from the ground up.
